- Barbell Press: 5 x 3 @ 65, 75, 85, 95(2)
- Landmine 1 leg RDL: 4 x 5 @ 70 supersetted w/
- Fat Gripz Chins: 4 x 12
- KB Farmers Walk: 3 x 45 meters @ 32 kg.
Comments: Good session after good weekend of recovery and sleep. Still hitting the target numbers so that is a good thing.
